Seville Shopping

Calle SierpesCalle Sierpes

Sevilla’s main shopping area is Calle Sierpes, located in the square between Plazas Nueva, Magdalena, Encarnacia and San Francisco. It is in an excellent position in the centre of the city and is completely pedestrianised. Along the sides of the street is a mass of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes and the area is extremely popular among locals and tourists alike.

Barrio Santa CruzBarrio Santa Cruz

This area proves particularly popular among tourists and is indeed often the first place they flock to. It provides a lovely venue for relaxing with a drink or some tapas outside on the cobbled streets, or for soaking up some sun in the gardens and on benches. If visitors are looking for some souvenirs then this is the place to shop - here they will find items such as bullfighting souvenirs, flamenco aprons, and so on.

Triana

Triana is Sevilla’s ceramics and tile-making centre located in the Old Jewish quarter of town. There is much to see in the way of local workmanship with a number of skilled craftsmen at hand making an array of pottery, bowls, jugs and statues among other things.

El Corte Ingles
Plaza de la Magdalena 1 and Plaza del Duque 7 and 13

Here visitors will be able to buy anything from clothes, food, toiletries, electrical goods and linen. El Corte Ingles is Spain’s largest department store chain.
